Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hawai’i Nurses CE, LLC (HNCE) reserves the right to cancel a seminar/event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Registrants will be offered a full refund. If HNCE cancels a seminar/event. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants can either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the rescheduled seminar/event.HNCE reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Hawai’i Nurses CE refuses a registration, the registrant will be offered a refund.
Individual Refunds
Due to limited seating, we request that you notify HNCE ASAP so another person can fill your seat for the seminar/event. You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund of the seminar cost (excluding fees) up to 5 days (120 hours) before the start date and time of the event. To cancel, send an email message to info@hawaiinursesce.com. The email must be dated and time stamped before 8:00am, five (5) days/120 hours before the seminar/event date. Cancellations between 72-96 hours before the event start may receive credit towards a future seminar. Registration credit expires one year after it is issued and is non-transferable. Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours of the seminar/event start date/time will not receive a refund or a credit.Late registration
