This conference is designed for NPs, RNs, LPNs, Pharmacists and other allied health professionals (contact hours for nursing licenses only).

$150 includes 8 contact hours for nurse licensing renewal in Hawaii and all 50 states and all materials.

Goals and Objectives:

At the conclusion of this conference, the participant will
• Demonstrate knowledge of the demographics and statistical data pertaining to the profession of nursing
• Identify key attributes & values held in common by nurses.
• Identify significant positive and negative coping skills in his/herself and others.
• Identify signs and symptoms across the stress continuum through burn-out.
• Demonstrate insight into strategies for stress management and reversing burn-out.
• Identify strategies for mutual support and collaboration between and among nurses.
